As a Store Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for your own Coolblue store in Dortmund. Together with your team, you ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and good commercial results. You motivate your team, analyze the results of the store and implement new improvement concepts.What do you do as a Store Manager (m/f/d) at Coolblue?
As a Store Manager, you will ensure a motivated team and an optimal presentation of the store so that we satisfy as many customers as possible with the right product. Do you want to become a Store Manager at Coolblue? Francesco explains what you have to do to get there.
- Together with the Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d), lead your team (approx. 20 employees) on a daily basis.
- Make sure your colleagues get a little better every day.
- Analyze the results of your market and proactively present suggestions for improvement to the regional managers.
- Use your commercial understanding and existing data to set short- and long-term goals.
- You make adjustments to get off to an even better start in the German market.
This is where you recognize yourself
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in managing employees in retail.
- You are fluent in German and understand English.
- You have a strong affinity for consumer electronics.
- You proactively look for ways to improve store concepts and processes.
- You are a strong and motivating personality. You inspire your team to get a little better every day.
- You have excellent knowledge of the German retail market and can thus help to successfully expand Coolblue’s retail activities in Germany.
