Your Tasks
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work on buildings, roofs, gutters, downpipes, drains and lightning protection systems
- Cleaning and inspection of gutters, downpipes and drains
- Maintenance and inspection of flat roofs
- Repair, maintenance and testing of doors, door closers, windows, window fittings, grilles, railings, fall protection and locking systems as well as hazard elimination
- Maintenance work on compressed air and oxygen systems
- Accompaniment of external companies during the execution of maintenance and repair work
- Liberation of persons from elevators
Your profile
- Roofer or tinsmith (m/f/d) with completed specialist training with German journeyman’s certificate or recognition of foreign professional qualification by the Chamber of Crafts
- Experience in handling aerial work platforms and scaffolding
- A head for heights, physical fitness, weather resistance
- Independent work, commitment, accuracy, reliability and ability to work in a team
- Driving licence class B
- Basic knowledge of MS Standard software
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German
- Participation in on-call/on-call duty outside regular working hours as well as on weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to undergo further education and training
- Proof of sufficient measles vaccination protection, if applicable, proof of immunity against measles (if you were born after 31.12.1970)
