The WBV Wohnungsbau- und Verwaltungsgesellschaft Stadtroda mbH
has been a permanent fixture in the Saale-Holzland district as a housing manager for over 30 years.
We look after the housing stock of the housing cooperative Stadtroda eG, owners’ associations in Stadtroda and Bad Klosterlausnitz as well as municipal and private housing stock.
We are looking for a
Real estate agent (m/f/d)
permanent and full-timeYour work with us
- Coordination of the rental process
- Tenant support and housing management
- Initiation and conclusion of rental agreements
- Apartment viewings, inspections and handovers
Your profile
- Completed training in the real estate industry or in the commercial sector
- Professional experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Confident handling of MS Office products
- Very good organizational and coordination skills
- A high degree of responsibility
- Communication and teamwork skills, resilience and flexibility
- Very good ability to express yourself in written and spoken German
