Become a part of CHEFS CULINAR and support us in our new branch in Pilsach as a plant technician SHK (m/f/d) full-time (38.5 hours/week). You will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing and monitoring of our heating, plumbing and air conditioning systems. In the Property Management team, you will coordinate closely with the property manager and your colleagues to keep our work in perfect condition at all times.Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing and monitoring of heating, sanitary and air conditioning systems.
- For minor renovations, you will accompany external service providers and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- You will reliably rectify faults and thus contribute to the safety and functionality of our systems.
- In the property management team, you will take over the on-call service as well as substitute tasks by arrangement.
- You will coordinate closely with the property manager and, if necessary, the other trades on all questions relating to your department.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a sanitation, heating and plumbing technician or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you already have several years of experience in the field of heating, sanitation and air conditioning.
- You are characterized by an independent, reliable and structured way of working.
- You have technical understanding, manual dexterity and service orientation.
- Confident handling of MS Office and good written and spoken German skills round off your profile.
- You have a class B driver’s license.
