Personnel Officer Personnel Development (m/f/d)
in the field of Human Resources
You will be part of a dedicated HR team with currently six generalist HR officers and one colleague in Human Resources Administration.
With this newly created role, we are setting a clear focus: the targeted and sustainable development of our employees. For this purpose, we are looking for you as a specialist in personnel development, who will actively shape and drive forward the expansion of our MLF Academy as well as our continuing education landscape.
You will work closely with the personnel officers, managers and departments and bring structure, ideas and reliability to our personnel development processes.

Needs analysis:* You will collect and analyse further training and development needs in close coordination with specialist departments, HR officers and the Head of Human Resources

* *Concept:* You will develop, optimize and expand our internal personnel development offers as well as the MLF Academy

* *Continuing education management:* You plan, organize and control seminars, training courses and in-house training courses including participant management

* *Moderation:* You will actively participate in internal formats such as the MLF Days and take on conceptual and moderating tasks

* *Data management:* You will build up a training database in the HR system, maintain it and systematically evaluate development measures

* *Tracking:* You will keep an eye on further training measures, feedback as well as development and employee interviews and ensure their sustainable follow-up

* *Consulting:* You advise managers on personnel development issues and, if necessary, support the HR officers in day-to-day operations

You have a degree with a focus on human resources management, business psychology, pedagogy or a comparable qualification

* The position is suitable for committed career starters (m/f/d) with initial experience in personnel development – be it through internships, working student activities or professional stations. You enjoy driving topics forward, building new structures and getting actively involved
