As a modern IT system house, we support medium-sized companies in the planning, implementation and support of their IT infrastructure – from cloud and server solutions to managed services. For our internal sales team, we are looking for support in the preparation of offers, calculation and technical coordination with our specialist departments.
Your tasks
– Support and further development of our existing customers in close exchange with the sales force
– Creation, calculation and tracking of offers in the areas of IT service, cloud, security and managed services
– Technical coordination with our specialist departments (e.g. server, network, Microsoft 365, virtualization) to develop customer-specific solutions
– Support in account management for contract extensions, license adjustments and service extensions
– Maintenance of customer and project data in the CRM system
– Coordination of orders, delivery dates and coordination with manufacturers and distributors- Participation in tenders
and project documentation
– Close cooperation with project management and IT project management
What you bring to the table
– Commercial or technical training – ideally as an IT systems clerk, IT system management clerk or comparable
– Alternatively: IT background with experience in internal sales or in quotation preparation
– Good technical understanding of IT infrastructure, server technologies, Microsoft 365, cloud computing or managed services
– Experience in quotation preparation, calculation and licensing (e.g. Microsoft 365)
– Structured, careful and independent way of
working- Understanding of economic contexts and pricing
– Confident handling of ERP or CRM systems (e.g. Weclapp is an advantage)
– Very good written and spoken German
skills
