• You assess the risk situation of contractual relationships with private and business customers by carefully examining all available data and documents
• You recognize possible fraud scenarios at an early stage and contribute directly to reducing fraud damage with your commitment
• You restrict abusive or fraudulent use at an early stage and through appropriate measures
• You will use modern systems from Office 365 to in-house developments based on Oracle and SAP and external data sources such as Schufa
• Together with your colleagues, you will be in professional exchange with numerous interfaces such as analysis, process management, anti-fraud management, etc.
• Your insights and suggestions can directly contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training and ideally initial professional experience in the field of risk management or fraud
• Basic understanding of entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as economic contexts and an affinity for key figures and performance variables
• Quick comprehension and intuition, combined with an independent, structured way of working and a building understanding of processes
• Behavior as a strong team player, responsible and conscientious action as well as openness to interdisciplinary exchange
• Appropriate application of communication skills in different situations and constructive interactions with your interlocutors
• Willingness to work shifts occasionally
