Engineer (m/f/d) Fire Behavior / Fire Protection (TV-L, Berlin)
Berlin: Full-time, mobile working possible with immediate effect, limited to 2 years with option of permanent employment
Up to pay group 14 TV-L (approx. €72,000 gross/year)

- As part of a collegial team, you will evaluate innovative building products and constructions, define test criteria and standards, and evaluate test results
- As part of the granting of approvals, type approvals and European technical assessments, they evaluate the fire behaviour of construction products and rear-ventilated exterior wall cladding
- You will cooperate with experts, testing bodies and other stakeholders and participate in the development of assessment concepts, standards and technical rules
- Depending on your area of expertise and interests, you will be involved in projects and tasks on topics such as sustainability, modular construction or digitization and advance them
We are pleased about:
- Degree as an engineer, civil engineer or comparable course of study
- Specialization in structural engineering, preferably practice in the field of fire protection, exterior wall cladding, façade construction, hot design of components or in fire tests
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working
- Commitment and team orientation
- German C 1, English B 2
