This is what your day with us looks like
- You will develop our bakery product range independently – from the creation of new recipes to the optimisation of existing products.
- In our test bakery, you will test, refine and evaluate new baking ideas with passion and craftsmanship.
- You will organize and conduct tastings, evaluate the results and derive concrete improvements from them.
- You will create and maintain baking instructions for our stores so that the same high quality is guaranteed everywhere.
- You plan and control product tests in production – from preparation to evaluation.
- Together with production, you will work on quality improvements and process optimizations.
- In close coordination with Purchasing, you will be involved in the selection of raw materials and tenders.
- In addition, you maintain the recipes in the merchandise management system and always keep them up to date.
This is how you convince us
- A completed apprenticeship in the bakery trade, ideally supplemented by further training as a master baker – desirable, but not a prerequisite
- Passion for baked goods and a genuine interest in new food trends
- Professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
- Creativity in the development of new products and manufacturing processes
- An independent and structured way of working, combined with organizational talent and initiative
- Enjoyment of practical work, but also of planning and documenting
- Team spirit and strong communication skills in exchange with colleagues
- Confident handling of common Office programs
