Our Financial Reporting team partners closely with hospital support departments and local hospital leadership. You’ll enjoy a collaborative environment with leadership visibility, growth opportunities, and hybrid flexibility.
How you’ll contribute
A Financial Reporting Accountant who excels in this role:

Supports internal and external financial reporting processes, including consolidated reporting on Forms 10-Q and 10-K

Coordinates joint venture financial reporting, including unaudited and audited financial statements

Prepares stand-alone financial statements for statutory, regulatory, and ad hoc needs, following GAAP and applicable standards

Assists with external audits and financial reviews

Prepares monthly and quarterly financial reports for joint venture boards
-
Coordinates consolidated rollforwards and assists with debt compliance reporting

Assists with the annual budgeting process

Oversees preparation and recording of consolidating and elimination entries

Prepares reconciliations and account rollforwards
-
Performs other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a master’s degree preferred. Additional requirements include:

Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience required

CPA certification preferred
-
Proficient in business mathematical skills and financial analysis
-
Moderate computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to analyze and interpret varied business problems
-
Ability to work with moderate independent judgment and minimal supervision
