Practice Setting:Inpatient mostly, some Outpatient coverage for physician vacation
Reason for Coverage: The physician left the practice, relocating Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult Number of Physicians in Practice: 2 Average Number of Patients Per Day – HOSPITAL: 12-15 Clinical Area: Oncology – Outpatient Setting, Oncology – Inpatient Setting, Hematology Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Requirements Board Certified – Hematology/Oncology – REQUIRED
Active VA License – REQUIRED
BLS – REQUIRED
Clean background – highly preferred
Provider must be local – only mileage is reimbursed
