Saint Luke’s East is seeking a dedicated Clinical Resource Nurse to support our Medical Intermediate and Medical Specialty floors on full-time night shifts. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency across units during off-hours.

Full-Time Nights

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Nurse Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the units.
  • Serve as a positive, professional role model, demonstrating strong clinical leadership and sound decision-making skills.
  • Act as a resource and mentor for staff, fostering an environment of collaboration, support, and continuous learning.
  • Support departmental functions including staff scheduling, record maintenance, staff development, and the execution of special projects.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Assists the manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state of Missouri (or compact license).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recent acute care experience
