Job Description
- Organisation, design and control of the entire care process, including digital documentation
- Ensuring the resident-oriented orientation of basic and treatment care
- Contact person for doctors, physiotherapists and various other service providers
- Advisor and source of inspiration for residents and their relatives
- Quality assurance of nursing services
- Responsible for the professional and proper implementation of medical prescriptions
- Completion of compulsory training and enjoyment of individual further training
- Trusting cooperation with colleagues and the living area management
- Training as a nurse (geriatric nurse or nurse or paediatric nurse, special education nurse with three-year training, physiotherapist) with proof
- Good IT skills and motivated handling of computer-aided nursing documentation
- Service-oriented, courteous appearance
- Team-oriented, communicative and results-oriented
- Technically experienced and equipped with good judgement
- You are the direct contact person for all people working in nursing and care and contribute to employee satisfaction
