For the Helios Clinic of Maximum Care and the Human Medicine course at the Health and Medical University Erfurt, we are looking for you as Chief Physician (m/f/d) for our Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
What to expect
As Chief Physician (m/f/d), you will be responsible
for the entire medical, organizational and strategic development of the only clinic for child and adolescent psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics in the state capital as well as the training of your medical staff There is a long-standing cooperation with the Academy for Psychotherapy Erfurt
for the teaching of the psychotherapeutic training content As Chief Physician (m/f/d) of the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics, you will be responsible for the strategic development of the Helios Cluster Thuringia Central and, together with the hospital management, you will play a key role in shaping the further expansion of an interdisciplinary, cross-location center
You will represent the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy in patient care at the Helios Clinic Erfurt and in the cluster Thuringia Central and in direct academic connection to teaching and research in the degree program at the Health and Medical University in Erfurt
What you bring to the table
Specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy (m/f/d) with proven management experience, habilitation desirable
Secure knowledge of the relevant social and civil law framework conditions as well as excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, commitment and assertiveness as well as a high degree of organizational skills are among your strengths
You have collegiality, sensitivity and role model function as well as strong social skills in dealing with other professional groups, patients and referring physicians
You have in-depth knowledge of the subject-specific remuneration system (PEPP) and personnel assessment (PPP-RL)
You think in business terms – you are convinced that good medicine can
be excellently increased through cost-effectiveness and efficiency Experience in academic teaching is desirable
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
