Freisinger Wohnbau GmbH & Co. Immobilien KG is a service provider in the housing industry with a housing stock of around 900 apartments spread over several properties in Freising. Our goal is value-oriented portfolio development through effective management, maintenance and modernization of our properties.
In the course of a succession plan, we are looking for committed
Real Estate Agent (m/f/d)Your future tasks
You will be responsible for the commercial management of our residential properties and accompany tenancies holistically – from the establishment to the termination.
In particular, your area of responsibility will include:
- Maintenance and management of all property and lease data
- Preparation of utility bills and processing of objections
- Communication with tenants, authorities and external parties
What you bring to the table
- Completed training as a real estate agent/specialist (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience
- Sound knowledge of tenancy law and the real estate industry
- Confident handling of MS Office and, ideally, experience with property management software
- Structured, independent and service-oriented way of working
- Strong social skills, commitment and ability to work in a team
- Enjoyment of varied tasks in real estate management
