To strengthen our team at the Rottleberode site, we are looking for:

Head of Maintenance Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)Your tasks:

  • Technical and disciplinary management:
    • Responsible for the management and further development of the team in the field of electrical engineering.
    • Ensuring optimal cooperation and continuous training of employees.
  • Maintenance of the electrical infrastructure:
    • Holistic organization and monitoring of the electrical infrastructure at the site.
    • Responsibility for the smooth functioning of all electrical engineering systems.
  • Procurement Management:
    • Support in the selection and procurement of automation, process control, measurement, control and regulation technology.
    • Cooperation with external suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Plant optimization and monitoring:
    • Constant inspection, maintenance and improvement of systems and controls.
    • Identification of optimization potentials to increase efficiency and sustainability.
  • Power supply and maintenance:
    • Ensuring a reliable electrical power supply for all production facilities.
    • Planning and organization of all maintenance and care services in accordance with legal regulations.
  • External company coordination:
    • Control and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures by external service providers.
    • Ensuring quality standards and adherence to time constraints.
  • Project management:
    • Coordination, planning and implementation of electrotechnical projects.
    • Responsibility for the successful implementation and adherence to budget and time frame.

Your profile:

  • Qualifications:
    • state-certified electrical engineer or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience.
    • Sound knowledge of the maintenance, repair and commissioning of electrotechnical systems.
  • Professional experience:
    • Several years of experience in electrical engineering, including personnel management, budget planning and project management.
    • Knowledge of PLC programming with Simatic S7 and TIA-Portal is an advantage.
  • Training and teamwork:
    • Trainers and initial experience in the training of junior staff are desirable.
    • Ability to work in a team as well as an independent, careful and self-responsible way of working.
  • Other requirements:
    • Willingness to be on call.
    • Switching authorization required.
