  • You are the first point of contact for our customers – by phone and in writing
  • You will advise on tariffs, prices, invoices and waste management services
  • You accept orders for bulky waste and waste electrical equipment collection
  • You will work on performance disruptions and find suitable solutions
  • You maintain customer and master data, e.g. for registrations and deregistrations, changes of ownership and new customers
  • You will support container advice for residual and bulky waste in the private customer area
  • You work with our systems and ensure clean documentation in the service process

What you bring to the table:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
  • Enjoyment of dealing with people and a strong understanding of service
  • A structured, independent way of working – even if there is a lot going on at the same time
  • Good written and spoken German skills
  • Good MS Office skills, ideally experience with service or ERP systems
  • A friendly, obliging demeanor and team spirit
