Profile
- Completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d) e.g. nurse (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- First professional experience as a nurse (m/f/d) desirable, but not a requirement
- Ability to work in a team

Responsibilities
- Justified determination of care needs and independent execution of care according to the valid nursing standard of our clinic and the documentation
- Observation of the patient, especially the psychological state of the patient, passing on this observation to reference therapists, doctors or in team consultations
- Correct and comprehensive transfer to the next service, or documentation in the electronic patient record
- Preparation of rounds, consultations, consultations, diagnostics
- Completion of all medical and therapeutic orders, in some cases passing on to therapy planning
- Creation of patient files
- Proper management and documentation of the electronic patient record
- Initiation of life-saving measures until the arrival of the doctor in an emergency
- Responsibility for the stock of medicines, consumables in the care support point
- Control and documentation by expiry date
- Control and documentation of the temperature in existing refrigerators, as well as disinfectant solution
- Compliance with the hygiene concept, fire protection regulations, occupational health and safety regulations
- Influence on health-promoting behaviour of patients, e.g. diet, smoking, etc.
- Participation in travel conferences of the respective assigned team
- Control of the presence of patients in the defined area of responsibility
