Head of Department (m/f/d)

With around 200 employees, the Bremen Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KVHB) ensures outpatient care with contract doctors (m/f/d) and psychotherapists (m/f/d) in Bremen and Bremerhaven. As a corporation under public law, it also represents their interests vis-à-vis health insurance companies and politicians. She is the contact person for all questions relating to the establishment, practice management and billing.

To strengthen the Central Services Department, the KVHB is looking for a

  • Management of the department in technical, organizational and personnel terms

  • Participation in KVHB internal projects and department-specific special tasks

What you bring to the table:

  • A university degree in facility management, administrative specialist (m/f/d), business economist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant experience in leading a qualified team is an advantage
  • Independent and self-reliant work
  • Confident appearance combined with assertiveness as well as very high team and communication skills, flexibility and resilience
  • Strong service orientation, problem-solving skills and assertiveness
  • Basic knowledge of business administration, especially in the area of controlling
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
