- You will ensure resident-oriented, individual basic and treatment care
- You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and control of the care process
- You will document and assess the implementation and effect of the care measures on an ongoing and comprehensible basis
- You ensure quality standards and work with the continuous improvement processes
- You are the contact person for residents, customers and relatives

- You have state-recognised training as a nurse, geriatric nurse or health and paediatric nurse
