Customer Service Employee/ Customer Service/ Telemarketer (m/f/d) / Sales Department full-time (39.0 hrs/week)Your tasks
- You maintain relationships with our regular customers and build new customer relationships through your commitment.
- With your service-oriented communication skills, you advise and support our customers and combine specialist knowledge with enthusiasm for our products.
- You accept orders by phone, e-mail and Whatsapp and process them quickly, competently and reliably.
- Active new customer acquisition on the phone is also part of your area of responsibility and gives you pleasure.
- In order to achieve common goals, you will work closely with your colleagues from other departments.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the gastronomy, hotel industry or butcher’s shop, or a commercial apprenticeship.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in the industry and acquired good food skills.
- In active sales and consulting, your talent and wealth of experience are in demand.
- With Windows applications, you can easily document and organize.
- You enjoy working in a team and enjoy customer contact.
