Our TAP – Participation, Assistance, Care department offers outpatient housing at 3 locations in Berlin for people who need round-the-clock care due to a physical or multiple disability. Here they can live in their own apartment close to the community and receive all the support they need.

Specialist in integration assistance
(all genders welcome)
part-time (25.0 – 32.0 hours per week)Your area of responsibility
- They accompany our clients in everyday life, in their free time, during necessary visits to the doctor or medical examinations as well as in bureaucratic challenges
- They support clients in basic nursing care
- They carry out training measures to promote and maintain skills and offer resource-oriented support in learning lost skills to promote personal responsibility and self-determination and to ensure participation
- Together with your multi-professional team colleagues, you will exchange ideas on everyday concerns, questions and reflection on processes
- In addition to the preparation of information reports, you are responsible for documenting the assistance services
Your profile
- You have a state-recognised pedagogical training or a comparable qualification that is recognised as a specialist in integration assistance and have (previous) nursing knowledge
- You know the pedagogical goals in care (HMBW, TIB, BTHG, ICF) and bring them to life in your daily work
- They are characterized by a high degree of social competence, flexibility and empathy
- You are committed and enjoy working in a team
We offer
