With around 610 stores, the three logistics locations in Neumünster, Malchow and Zarrentin as well as two production plants, EDEKA Nord occupies a leading position in the northern German food retail sector.   • They advise and sell meat, sausage and cheese products and are responsible for the processing of the goods (e.g. cutting, cutting) in compliance with all legal requirements.
  • They produce their own products (e.g. cream cheese preparations, salads)
  • They keep the assortment up-to-date, present it attractively, plan taking into account the weekly changing offers, new products and seasonal conditions in order to minimize overstocks and markdowns.
  • They are responsible for the bakery – bake bread, rolls and snacks and plan according to demand.
  • You will support the receipt and inspection of goods (including cold chain monitoring, complaint processing and inventory preparation/implementation).
  • They always comply with hygiene regulations in their work and ensure cleanliness and order.
  • Training: Ideally, a completed apprenticeship in food retailing or initial experience as a career changer, you are very welcome!
