You are a manager, technical expert and contact person all in one. When machines come to a standstill or new systems start up, you’re the one who keeps track of everything, makes decisions, and moves your team forward. Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung aller relevanten Wartungs- und Reparaturaktivitäten – mit konsequentem Blick auf Sicherheit, Qualität, Liefertreue, Kosten und Teamstimmung
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung deines Teams: Einsatzplanung, Schulungen, Qualifizierungen und gezieltes Coaching deiner Instandhaltungsmitarbeiter
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften und aktive Mitgestaltung einer sicheren Arbeitsumgebung
  • Überprüfung und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsanweisungen sowie Umsetzung von Shopfloor-Management-Verfahren
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur schnellen und nachhaltigen Lösung technischer Probleme
  • Sicherstellung der Produktionsverfügbarkeit im Hinblick auf Produktänderungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung präventiver Wartungsprogramme zur Optimierung der Anlagenperformance
  • Technische Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Systeme und Anlagen

Was du mitbringst

  • Completed training in a craft or technical profession, ideally with further qualification as an industrial foreman or technician
  • Several years of experience in the maintenance of a production company, with experience in a shift supervisor function
  • Deep understanding of the entire production process and strong quality awareness
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once, set goals clearly, and pursue them consistently
  • Strong communication and leadership skills – you pick people up and move them forward
  • Willingness to work full shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of technical standards, norms and regulations in the production environment is an advantage
  • Confident knowledge of German and/or English, both written and spoken
