  • Building customer relationships in the field of dermatology with established specialists and clinics
  • Professional support of the defined target customers
  • Deriving a customer-specific value-added strategy
  • Preparation and implementation of customer plans and customer-specific measures
  • Implementation of scientific training within the framework of the applicable legal requirements (HWG / AKG Code)
  • Participation in congresses
  • Development and implementation of own concepts for sales promotion and customer care in cross-functional coordination and derivation of the company strategy
  • Responsibility for the achievement of the agreed sales targets, taking into account the cost budget and compliance guidelines
  • Several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical practice and clinic field service, especially in specialist care
  • Experience in the therapeutic field of biologics, ideally in dermatology, alternatively as a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) in the specialist field service
  • In-depth market knowledge as well as demonstrable success in the pharmaceutical field service
  • Successful and sustainable customer service with verifiable results
  • Sales skills as well as argumentation skills and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Confident handling of omnichannel sales strategies and their active application
  • Residence in the defined catchment area
  • Customer orientation and communication skills
  • Very good technical know-how in the field of biologics therapies
  • Initiative, commitment as well as goal and result orientation
